Maija is a loving adult Shih tzu.  She needs to be rehomed.  Very very obedient and not at all stubborn, she will make an excellent lap dog. She needs to be spayed so we are only asking $300.00 for her. YOu will have to have her spay and will be signing a nonbreeding contract.  Maija loves attention and deserves to retire in a loving home where she gets the care she so deserves.   We will miss her :(

Chancie is a special dog.  She was rescued in Montreal where they found her with pus running out of her ears, nose and eyes and fur matted down to the skin.  After some time, she learned to trust again and we then got her.  She had to relearn to trust again and you should know if you want her, you will have to give her time and love to trust yet again.  She is THE funniest Shih tzu I've ever owned...loves to be twirled on a slippery floor and will keep coming back for more.  She will need to be spayed (last time we bred her it didn't take).  She will not make a good breeding dam so you will be signing a nonbreeding contract.  She is obedient but you need to be firm with her...as most shih tzu are a bit stubborn.  I really think she is one of the funniest, personable dogs we've ever owned.  If for some reason, she doesn't work out, we'll take her back.  Our policy is to place each and every dog in the best possible home and if it doesn't work out, she is better back here.  If we fix her for you, she will only cost the amount of the spay; around $500.00.  If not, you can have her for $300.00.  Talk to me!  Anita 705 386 0345.
